Product Availability - If a pedal is not in stock  it will be noted as a pre-order in the description and listed under the pre order section of the website

Pre-orders - Customers purchasing a pre-order pedal should expect 8 to 12 weeks build time for their pedal, if delays in the build time occur customers will be notified immediately. 

Shipping - There are two options for Shipping Canada Post and Flat Rate. Flat Rate shipping is the usually the best value and is carried out by the best carrier available at the time of shipping, which is typically UPS or FedEx. Residents outside of Canada are responsible for any duties or import taxes incurred. If you don't see your Country listed please let us know and it can be added. 

Currency - All prices are in Canadian Currency. Canadian currency is typically 20% less when compared to the American Dollar. 

Custom Requests - We like to offer the chance for musicians to put their own touch on pedal designs. If you looking for custom artwork on a Dirt Monger design or a custom pedal altogether get in touch through the Contact Us section.

Warranty - If your pedal stops working from normal and reasonable wear and tear, it will be fixed no matter how long ago you bought it. Our pedals are meant to be played out as well as in the studio and designed to be tough enough for gigging.
