Product Availability - All pedals are made to order and considered pre-orders, customers should expect 12 weeks build time for their pedal. Dirt Monger Instruments does everything possible to deliver all pre orders on time or if possible ahead of schedule, if delays in the build time occur customers will be notified immediately. 

Shipping - There are two options for Shipping Canada Post and Flat Rate. Flat Rate shipping is usually the best value and is carried out by the best carrier available at the time of shipping, which is typically UPS or FedEx. If you don't see your Country listed please let us know and it can be added. 

Duties and Tariffs - Dirt Monger Instruments is a Canadian company, customers outside of Canada are responsible for any duties or import taxes incurred in their home country when their pedal is delivered. Customers are encouraged to stay up to date and informed with their countries import duties and fees, Dirt Monger Instruments cannot be held responsible for any changes that may occur to a countries duty and tariff laws while an order is being completed. 

Custom Requests - We like to offer the chance for musicians to put their own touch on pedal designs. If you looking for custom artwork on a Dirt Monger design or a custom pedal altogether get in touch through the Contact Us section. Custom requests are not refundable. 

Warranty - If your pedal stops working from normal and reasonable wear and tear, it will be fixed no matter how long ago you bought it. Our pedals are meant to be played out as well as in the studio and designed to be tough enough for gigging. 

Refunds - Customers have 14 days to cancel an order from the time it is placed*. Once 14 days has passed from the time of order all sales are final.
